When dealing with public health, clarity is paramount. I worked closely with senior creative leadership to ensure our designs met strict regulatory standards while remaining accessible to the public. I took ownership of production for frequent community mailers and social content while providing critical execution support for the complex environmental signage systems used to manage patient flow at our busiest sites.

The velocity of the pandemic response demanded extreme agility. My role required rapidly absorbing strategic directives from leadership and translating them into hundreds of accurate assets ready for print across multiple venues. It was an intense environment that accelerated my understanding of systematic thinking and the necessity of rigorous quality control when the stakes are real.
